THE STUDIO
ACTIVITIES AT THE STUDIO

The Studio is an affiliated venture with G7. Partnering with independent contractors, a variety of class offerings are available. Activities at the Studio are not limited to members of G7, participation is open to anyone.
The Studio is located adjacent to G7, at 315 East Main Street in Central, in a separate dedicated facility, free from the noise and distractions of the general gym activities.
The Studio currently offers the following classes:

What is ZUMBA?

PILATES
It is time to get out your mats! Join us for Pilates at the Studio, Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm at the G7, 311 E. Main St. in Central. Enjoy a great workout in an environment that is both encouraging and challenging. You will learn how to practice and apply pilates in your everyday lives, how to use your core strength to prevent injuries and reduce pain, and learn stretches to reduce stress and tension.

- Si Bischof - Certified by American Council on Exercise (ACE), American Fitness Professions (AFPA), WaterArt™, Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA), BOSU Integrated Balance®, Resist-A-Ball®, Level 1: YogaFit® Foundations Training, CPR/AED, First Aid certified. Bachelor's from University of South Carolina and Master's from Clemson University, and over 10 years experience in personal training, including hospital wellness center settings. Interests include helping people form a well-rounded fitness program of cardio endurance, strength training, flexibility, proper breathing and technique in weight training; functional training, balance, post rehabilitation, and special populations and small-group personal training.
